Possible judicial review on new tax for buy-to-let landlords

Property investors have set up a crowdfunding webpage to fund a judicial review in to the taxation changes to be imposed on buy to let landlords.
They hope to be able to appeal against the new "Clause 24" on the long established principle that expenses incurred wholly and exclusively for the purpose of the business should be allowable when calculating any taxable profit.
